OVEN: Preheat the oven to 180ºC, open the pack, place the product on a baking tray and heat for approximately 10-15 minutes.
MICROWAVE: Pierce the pack and heat at maximum power for approximately 3 minutes.

De todos los que he probado (muchos) este es de los mejores y con diferencia. La relación calidad-precio es óptima. Fácil de terminar de hacer. La cantidad de grasas que contiene es correcta; sin excesos. En definitiva: un muy buen producto. Saludos.
