These General Conditions are intended to regulate the conditions of use and purchase on the website "http://www.cascajares.com/" (hereafter "Site"), which is owned by INDUSTRIA GASTRONÓMICA BLANCA MENCÍA, S.L., (hereafter CASCAJARES) CIF B47416615, registered in: Polígono Industrial de Dueñas, C/ Vegapalacios 1 – 34210 Dueñas (Palencia).and registered in the Register of Palencia, Volume 326, book 0, Folio 40, section 8, Sheet P -3847. 1. Access conditions.

Users declare they have read and understood this information before visiting the website. By choosing to access the site, the user expressly and irrevocably accepts the terms hereafter.

CASCAJARES reserves the right to make changes and updates to the information contained on its website and to the configuration and presentation of the site at any time without the need for advance notice.

CASCAJARES does not warrant that access to its website and the contents of it are error-free, nor does it warrant that the site is up to date, although it will use its best endeavours to avoid or cure such errors or to update the contents where necessary. Similarly CASCAJARES will not assume any liability for information of any kind contained on other websites to which users of its website may be referred by means of hypertext links. The links appearing on this website are for information purposes only and in no way represent a suggestion or invitation to users to visit the sites in question. CASCAJARES will not be liable under any circumstances for any result that internet users obtain or purport to obtain from the websites that they access via the said links.

Internet users who access this website are expressly authorised to view all the information contained on it and to download it privately onto their own computer system, provided that the elements reproduced are intended only for the users’ personal use and are not subsequently assigned or transferred to third parties or installed on any server that is directly or indirectly connected to the internet or to a local network so that it is possible for such third parties to access CASCAJARES’s information by methods other than the website itself. In this context, internet users are not authorised to distribute, modify, assign or publicly communicate the information contained on the website (in text or image form). 5. Privacy Policy.

In accordance with Spanish Law 15/1999 relating to Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that your personal data will be processed automatically in order to facilitate your purchase online, and to send information about our product offers by various means, including email address, except if you check the box provided for that purpose.

6. Conditions of contract.

6.1 Procedure of purchase.

In order to buy the products offered on the website, it is necessary for the user to be registered on the web, and must provide personal information so that we can process the order completely and can make subsequent requests without typing again any data. The processing of personal data you provide shall comply with the provisions of clause 5 of the present General Conditions, committing the user to provide accurate and complete information.

CASCAJARES reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the web (products, prices, promotions and other conditions) at any time.

CASCAJARES makes every effort within its means to provide that the information on the site is accurate and without typographical errors. In case there is any error of this kind, they should be corrected immediately. If there is a typographical error in any of the information regarding our products, and a client has made a purchase decision based on that error, CASCAJARES will inform the customer about it, and the client has the right to either cancel his purchase without any cost or accept the conditions and / or communicated price. The photographs on the website are for guidance only and may vary.

6.2. Prices and payment.

The prices of the products offered on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT).

CASCAJARES offers the following methods of payment to the client to pay their order, specifically:

1. – Cash on delivery. This payment method is only available during Christmas season.

2. - Credit card.

6.3. Shipping method and cost.

Cascajares will send orders to their customers with the shipping company SEUR.

For refrigerated products, it will be delivered through the SEUR service: FRIO 13:30 and will be delivered with a cold gel that maintains for 72 hours the quality and temperature of the product. The delivery delay is approximately 48 hours and the order will be delivered to the address mentioned in the online form by the customer.

Prices include shipping costs for a minimum order of 59,9 euros. Otherwise, the customer has to assume the corresponding shipping cost.

6.4. Right of withdrawal.

According to the provisions of Law 7/1996 of the Retail Trade, the buyer has a period of 7 working days from reception of the product, to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. Both product and packaging must not be damaged, or handled, without default or deterioration by external events or other circumstances that result in the damage of the product, especially the opening of the packaging. Refrigerated products can not be returned because of the deterioration it may suffer in the shipment.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the customer must contact CASCAJARES through the email cascajares@cascajares.com. After checking that the product has not been damaged, Cascajares will proceed to refund the paid amount for the product (excluding shipping cost, if already paid).

The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and invoice to CASCAJARES. The costs of return will be assumed by the buyer, as established by Law 7/1996.

7. Notice.

Any information which either party communicate or make available to the other or have access to any of them, shall be considered confidential and shall not be disclosed, displayed, reproduced, copied, discussed with third parties, or used by any party for purposes unrelated to those for which they communicate.

8. Law and Jurisdiction.

These General Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of Spanish law. For any questions which may arise between the parties regarding the interpretation and implementation of this document, both parties agree and expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Palencia.
