HOW CAN I PAY MY ORDER?
In Cascajares, we offer two methods of payment: by credit card or upon delivery. We accept payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) or you may pay your order comfortably at the time of the delivery, without any additional cost.
CAN I GET A BILL TO THE NAME OF MY COMPANY?
No problem, when you sign up as a customer in our online shop, we will ask for the invoice information in case you might need one. You can provide the name of the company and its identification number. If you fill it correctly, we will send you an invoice to the indicated address each time you place an order on our website. If you are already registered as a private customer, you should register again as a company with a different email address, for the next purchase.
CAN MY CREDIT / DEBIT CARD BE NOT ACCEPTED?
The information on your credit card should always match the one you confirm during the payment transaction. Please always pay attention to the numbers you introduce during the payment process, always check they are the correct ones. You may have exceeded as well your credit limit or the card may be expired. Check with your bank if you have any doubts related to your card. We do not accept payments with foreign cards.
