We present a traditional product but confit Cascajares style. With two people in mind, we have four duck legs accompanied by two potato gratins. A complete dish to enjoy good cooking in a short time and without having to mess with the cooker.
Preheat the oven to 220ºC. Open the packets of gratin and duck legs and place them all on a baking tray and heat for 25-30 minutes. Heat for 25-30 min. Meanwhile, open the sauce packet, add the contents in a bowl and heat in the microwave for 1-2 min at maximum power and serve.
