He probado varias marcas de muslos de pato confitados, como los de Cascajares ninguno. Hago una salsa de naranja con ciruelas pasas, tiritas de piel de naranja y brandy, los horneo con la salsa y están exquisitos. Esta nochebuena somos muchos y he pedido 18.
Si los haces al horno, exquisitos. Al microondas bien.
Repetiremos, sin duda.

Un éxito de cena, elogiada por todos. Los hice en microondas pero les di un toque en el horno,de tres minutos,con calor arriba. Luego, emplaté con un higo confitado en almíbar y compota de manzana (también de Cascajares). Exquisitos.
