Exclusive Christmas product! - We present a turkey stuffed with foie and sultanas and accompanied by a delicious apple sauce. Perfect for Christmas lunches and dinners with family and friends. 10-12 servings, very easy to cook with only half an hour in the oven. Gluten and lactose free. Refrigerated product that expires in mid-January. And if you don't eat it before that date you can freeze it.
Cut off the thighs and wings. Cold fillet the turkey into more or less thin slices. Place the product on the baking tray, together with the thighs and wings, and some sliced reinette apples around it. Bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC.
We recommend mixing the included sauce with the fat that surrounds the turkey for an optimum result. Add less sauce if a less sweet flavour is desired.
