Remove from packaging. Remove the thigh and wing. Cold fillet the capon into more or less thin slices. Place the sliced capon on the baking tray, together with the thigh, the wing and some sliced reinette apples around it. Drizzle with the capon sauce. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180ºC. We recommend mixing the sauce with the fat that surrounds the capon for an optimum result. Add less sauce if a less sweet flavour is desired.
