Exclusive Christmas product! - American-style roast turkey with gravy and served with apple compote, cranberry sauce and sweet potato and bacon mash. Very easy to prepare in just half an hour. Ideal for 8-10 people and is gluten and lactose free. Expires after Christmas and can be frozen if not consumed first.
Turkey: Open the vacuum bag and remove the turkey with its own gelatine. Preheat the oven to 180/200ºC. Place the turkey and the gelatine in an oven dish and place in the oven. Roasting time between 30/45 minutes (depending on the oven). Place the dish with the turkey on the table and around it the bowls with all the garnishes already prepared. With a good fork and carving knife, fillet the turkey and serve.
Applesauce: Remove from the container and pour into a bowl.
Roast juice (Gravy): Remove from the container, pour into a bowl and heat in the microwave.
Cranberry sauce: Remove from container and pour into a bowl. Sweet potato and bacon mashed potatoes: Remove from packaging, pour into a bowl and heat in the microwave.

Desde 2015 celebramos Thanksgiving en casa con el pavo asado de Cascajares y no nos puede gustar más. Es muy sabroso y con unos acompañamientos deliciosos. Además como en España no es fiesta, el poder prepararlo al salir de trabajar, ya que apenas son 45 minutos, es magnífico.
Llevo comprando el pavo desde 2016 para celebrar Thanksgiving day (Acción de Gracias ) con mi familia americano-española y es un espectáculo, el pavo está maravilloso y los acompañamientos fabulosos.
Seguiré comprándolo muchos años más, se ha convertido en una tradición familiar.

Es la primera vez que lo pido y la experiencia es súper recomendable. El pedido llegó en su fecha y perfectamente refrigerado. Tenía miedo porque nunca había trinchado un pavo pero es muy fácil y lo más importante es que estaba buenísimo y las salsas y acompañamiento también. Repetiré seguro.
