Cascajares duck confit with Marnier sauce and potato gratin
We present a traditional product but candied Cascajares style. Perfect for two people. It comes with four duck legs accompanied by two potato gratins. Complete dish to enjoy good cooking in a short time and without getting involved in the kitchen.
Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
Open the containers of the gratins and the duck legs and place it all on a baking tray. Heat for 25-30 min.
On the other hand, open the sauce envelope, add its contents in a container and heat it in the microwave for 1-2 min at maximum power and serve.
