Open the tin and heat "to the water bath". Once the fat is liquid extract the pieces discarding the fat.
Heat about one minute at maximum power.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC and bake the pieces with the gelatin for 7-9 minutes
Combined with mashed potatoes, sautéed vegetables, grilled vegetables or mushrooms.
