Cut off the thighs and wings. Cold fillet the capon into more or less thin slices. Place the Capon in the oven tray, together with the thighs and wings, and some sliced reinette apples around it. Bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC. We recommend mixing the included sauce with the fat that surrounds the capon for an optimal result. Add less sauce if a less sweet flavour is desired.
